  15.      _n_e_w_p_r_o_j changes the user's project identification to _p_r_o_j_e_c_t.  The user
  16.      remains logged in and the current directory is unchanged, but all process
  17.      and array session resource accounting will be performed with respect to
  18.      the new project.  If the change is successful, the user will be given a
  19.      new shell.  The original shell, and any processes it may have had
  20.      running, will remain alive and associated with the original project.
  21.      Thus, exiting the new shell will return the user to the original shell
  22.      and original project ID.

  24.      If any arguments are specified on the _n_e_w_p_r_o_j command line, they will be
  25.      passed along to the program invoked as the new shell.  When using
  26.      programs like _s_h(1), an _a_r_g_u_m_e_n_t of the form ----cccc _s_t_r_i_n_g executes _s_t_r_i_n_g
  27.      via the shell and an _a_r_g_u_m_e_n_t of ----rrrr will give the user a restricted
  28.      shell.
